 OUR MISSION: The American Home Counseling Center was developed as a community outreach service to provide education, support and guidance to any homeowners which may be facing a hardship with the mortgage. With the right help, virtually any foreclosure situation can be successfully resolved.

Our team of knowledgeable and experienced underwriters, housing counselors and compliance officers will listen to your unique situation, review your financials, underwrite your case file for any available federal and/or lender specific programs as well as guide you down the best path to restore your peace of mind.

Often times the lender, acting as a debt collector, may employ various scare tactics to collect the debt instead of prioritizing a workout based off of a hardship.  Having a housing counselor in your corner that thoroughly understands the foreclosure process allows you to receive "balanced" information and guidance along the path to resolution.
